Woke at 9 a.m.! Bright high overcast and cool. Flat calm seas are conducive to good sleeps! Walked 5 circuits of deck before breakfast. Went to presentation on amber jewelry and entered the draw for a necklace - missed by two numbers! Roamed a bit, casinoed a bit - I believe I've forgotten to mention that over the past few days ..... I put only $40 in my 'bank' and so far have stayed even while playing on the penny machines.
It stayed coolish all day, so lounged in the pool area with the sliding dome cover. It was Formal night again, so Thanks Barb for the long black skirt! Worn with the black cami and turquoise shawl (Thanks Donna!) and the $14 Beale's shoes (Thanks Bonnie!).
We were able to buy a bottle of Scotch to keep in our cabin, so we enjoyed a nightcap and watched a late movie before settling in to sleep. Sound boring so far? Not so - it's been lovely to just totally relax, lounge around and read, browse the shops, play a little at the casino - Ber is not a player, so that has kept me in check. There is a large library on board, with a good variety of books, and if we would make the time, there is a long list of up to date dvd's that we could borrow - maybe we'll get to that, maybe not.
